How can I connect the FPGA with the qf_ss_ai_app code

I have some sensors that I would like to interface with the SensiML, but I can take advantage of the FPGA's DSP block to do some filtering.
How should I proceed to set up the code on the qf_ss_ai_app to send data coming from the FPGA to SensiML?
