Many open-source projects use their GitHub repository's issue tracker to field questions and discussions from users. You could check the issue trackers for the specific repos you're interested in, and potentially open a new issue with your question.

Stack Overflow has a large community of developers and engineers who discuss various topics related to hardware development, FPGA tools, and embedded systems. You can search for existing questions or ask new ones related to QuickFeather and Symbiflow.
