When I P&R, I get the following warnings:

Warning 109: This RR graph file is based on /home/bfaith/symbiflow/symbiflow-arch-defs/install/share/arch/ql-eos-s3_wlcsp/arch.timing.xml while your input architecture file is Generated from arch file /home/kkumar/symbiflow-arch-defs/build/quicklogic/devices/ql-eos-s3-virt/arch.timing.xml compatability issues may arise

Warning 110: This architecture version is for VPR 8.1.0-dev+8980e4621 while your current VPR version is 8.1.0-dev+unkown compatability issues may arise

Antmicro provided the fix for 109.
Warning 109 is now removed but Warning 110 still exists, will be removed during the conda based build.

What downloadable version has the 109 fix?

The fix is only on the tar package. As the fix was provided a day before release.
Lalit has integrated the pull request now to the github.
