Hello,

I saw S3 supports temperature range from -20 to 85 C for commercial. Does it support temperature rating for industrial applications?

There is a version of S3, called the S3AI that has support for Industrial up to 100C

Yes, it's from -20C to 100C.
It's supported in the BGA and WLCSP packages

Industrial applications require -40 to 85 temperature range, how dose S3 support industrial requirement?

My mistake, it is actually -40C - 100C for Industrial Temp parts.

Sounds great! Where can I find the S3 datasheet for industrial support? That's the very basic info for our evaluation of industrial applications.
