lsusb returns nothing
I am running UBUNTU 18.04 LTS on a Windows 10 machine. When I type lsusb in the Linux command window it returns nothing.

Thank you that was helpful. I am running UBUNTU on top of Windows. I selected to run as->Administrator when I started up UBUNTU. When that happened I was able to get path the permission denied error.

Thank you that was helpful. I am running UBUNTU on top of Windows. I selected to run as->Administrator when I started up UBUNTU. When that happened I was able to get path the permission denied error.

MicroUSB 3.0 Cable
My system has a USB 3.0 port but I am using an old USB-to-MicroUSB cable, which I believe to be 2.0. Will this cause an issue with loading the quickfeather? Or do I need to purchase a USB 3.0 compliant cable?
